2. Software Development Services

2.1 Initial Consultation

Initial consultations are provided free of charge, with no obligation to proceed with our services.

2.2 Project Deposits

For custom software development projects, we typically require a non-refundable deposit before work commences. This deposit is typically 30-50% of the total project cost, as specified in the project agreement.

The deposit is used to secure your place in our development schedule and covers the initial design, planning, and setup phases of your project.

2.3 Milestone Payments

After the initial deposit, payment is typically structured around project milestones. Milestone payments are non-refundable once the specified deliverables have been provided and approved.

2.4 Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable
  • You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any unused portion of milestone payments that have been made in advance may be refunded at our discretion, less any expenses incurred

2.5 Project Completion

Upon project completion and final payment, all deliverables will be provided as specified in the project agreement. After final delivery and acceptance, no refunds will be provided.

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For services offered on a subscription basis:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period
  • Service will continue until the end of the current billing period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Cancellations within the first 30 days may be eligible for a prorated refund
  • Cancellations after 30 days are not eligible for refunds
  • Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

3.3 Subscription Cancellation Process

4. Maintenance and Support Services

For maintenance and support service agreements:

  • Prepaid maintenance hours or retainers are non-refundable but remain valid for the period specified in your agreement
  • Unused maintenance hours may expire as specified in your service agreement
  • Monthly maintenance plans require 30 days' written notice for cancellation

5. Circumstances for Potential Refunds

We may consider refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control
  • If there is a material breach of contract on our part
  • If services were charged incorrectly

Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances, project status, and work completed.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, when possible
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
